Dengue fever is one of many disease that can transmitted about Aedes Aegypti mosquito. Besides dengue, Aedes Aegypti mosquito is also a carrier for yellow fever, chikungunya, and zika fever (causes by zika viruses). So this mosquito is very dangerous. Little about Aedes Aegypti mosquito, here is the taxonomy of Aedes Aegypti mosquito.

Adult of Aedes Aegypti mosquito have a medium size with the black and white strips at their body and leg. On the back of their body, there are two vertical curved lines on the left and right. The size of this type mosquito often varies between populations, depending on environmental condition and nutrients that mosquitoes obtain during development. The size of male Aedes Aegypti mosquito generally smaller than the size of female Aedes Aegypti mosquito and that is can observed with naked eye, not use specially equipment. Beware of this mosquito.
One again facts about this mosquito, this mosquito is diurnal animals that do they activities in the morning until afternoon. The disease transmission by females mosquitoes, because only the females mosquito that suck of blood in order to get the protein intake needed for producing their eggs (It's named the power of mom -_-). How about the male mosquito ? The male mosquito not need blood for consumed. Actually, the male Aedes Aegypti get energy from nectar that product by flower. The Symptoms of Dengue Fever
The dengue fever can infected everyone, that is young or old can infected by this disease. The Symptoms of Dengue Fever can you look at below (go and check to doctor if you get disease with this symptoms) :
- High fever, up to 40 degree of Celsius (104 degree of Fahrenheit)
- Severe headache
- Retro-orbital pain (usually appear at back of the eye)
- Severe muscle and joint pain
- Nausea and vomiting
- Appear a reddish rash at the skin
The Prevention of "Dengue Fever"
The way that until now is still considered the most appropriate for controlling the spread of dengue fever is by controlling population and vector distribution. Here five prevention of Dengue Fever disease :
- Clean up all of your room and your house
- Drain the bath, to ensure the absence of mosquito larvae that develop in the water and there are no eggs attached to the wall of the bathtub.
- Close the water reservoir so that no mosquito has access to the place to lay eggs.
- Burying used goods so that they cannot hold rainwater and become a place for mosquitoes to lay eggs.
- You can add a plastic bag of abate powder (which is usually small) whose plastic surface is perforated to prevent or even stop the growth of the larvae.
